Seminar Room Reservation

Reservation Information


• Reservations for Seminar Rooms 100, 104, and 301 must be made through the Department Office.

• Reservations for Lecture Rooms 206 and 402 can be made via POVIS.

• If you have made a reservation for a seminar room but will not be using it, please ensure that the reservation is canceled in advance.

• Seminar rooms may not be used without a prior reservation.

  If a seminar room is in use without a reservation and another user has a valid booking, the current users may be asked to vacate the room.
