Pohang University of Science and Technology(hereinafter referred to as POSTECH) uses personal information collected through service applications 

for the following purposes.

① All user-provided information will not be used for any purpose other than those described below, and prior consent will be obtained if the purpose of use changes. 

   (Seminar Room Reservation Management)

② Personal information collected : Name, Contact, Email

③ Personal information retention and use period : Immediately after the seminar room usage period has elapsed.

④ Right to refuse collection of personal information

    Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information, but if consent is refused, seminar rooms room cannot be reserved.
