From January 19 to 23, 2026, the 12th PDE Winter School was successfully held at the Change Up Ground Event Hall at POSTECH, hosting a total of 116 participants. The event was jointly organized by Professors Donghyun Lee and Jin Woo Jang of POSTECH, in collaboration with Professor Soonsik Kwon of KAIST and Professor Seok‑Bae Yun of Sungkyunkwan University.

 The theme of this year’s winter school focused on kinetic theory partial differential equations and incompressible fluid partial differential equations. The program was designed to provide an in-depth exploration of the latest research trends and analytical theories in these areas.

 Key invited speakers included Professor Ling-Bing He from Tsinghua University, Professor In‑Jee Jeong from Seoul National University, and Professor Kyudong Choi from Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology. In total, 11 invited speakers and 8 contributing lecturers participated in the program. Over the course of the event, 25 lectures were delivered, providing ample opportunities for active academic exchange and discussion among participants.
