포항공과대학교(POSTECH) 수학과에서 한국연구재단의 지원을 받아 편미분방정식(PDE) 분야의 우수 신진연구원을 다음과 같이 초빙합니다. 관심있는 분들의 많은 지원 바랍니다.
● 직위: 박사후 연구원 (계약직)
● 임용예정일: 2025년 8월 1일 이후 (임용 시기는 협의/조정 가능)
● 초빙분야 및 인원: 편미분방정식(키네틱 방정식 및 관련분야), 1명
● 근무/대우조건
- 계약기간: 임용일 이후 2년 (성과에 따라 연장 가능)
- 근무지역: 경북 포항시 남구 청암로 77 포항공과대학교
- 기타 근로조건은 본 대학 연구계약직 인사세칙에 따름
- 대우수준: 5400만원 (퇴직금/4대보험 포함)
- 실적에 따라 학술활동을 위한 연구경비 및 인센티브 지원 가능

Postdoctoral Fellowship at POSTECH Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH) Department of Mathematics invites outstanding young researcher:
• Postdoctoral Fellowship
in partial differential equations (kinetic theory and related topics). The researcher is supported by the Korean NRF.
This is a non-tenure track appointment and the position is open to mathematicians of any nationality who are fluent in English.
Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics or a related discipline.
Employment/Compensation Conditions
Contract Period: 2 years from the date of appointment (extendable based on performance)
Work Location: POSTECH (Pohang University of Science and Technology), 77 Cheongam-ro, Nam-gu, Pohang-si, Gyeongbuk
Other Employment Conditions: In accordance with the university’s regulations for research contract positions
Compensation: KRW 54 million per year (including severance pay and the four major insurances)
Additional Support: Research funds and performance-based incentives for academic activities may be provided depending on achievements
