Title: Super duality and quantum affine algebras

Abstract: The representation theory of quantum affine algebras has a rich structure in connection with various topics in mathematics and mathematical physics. 

I will first give a brief review on the representations of quantum affine algebras together with those of Lie superalgebras, which is another interesting symmetry. 

Then I will introduce an approach to the representations of quantum affine superalgebras motivated by the theory of super duality, and some of my recent works based on joint works with Sin-Myung Lee and Masato Okado.
