소개 및 안내사항Content	Title: A question of John Milnor and localization of groups Abstract:  In two papers in 1954 and 1957, John Milnor introduced his link invariants, which have driven decades of research with vast and profound influence. One of Milnor’s original questions remains unsolved: find some method of extracting a transfinite version of Milnor's invariants.  We discuss its relationship with localization of groups, and present a solution for 3-manifolds.
